Refund Policy
CMI's refund policy is as follows:
A refund less a 30% administrative fee will be issued if written notice of cancellation is received by CMI at least 5 business days prior to the course. Cancellation notices must be received in writing. No refunds and no credit granted for cancellations within 5 business days prior to the course or for no-shows.
User Conduct
You agree to use the course and platform in a respectful and professional manner. You are prohibited from sharing course materials with unauthorized individuals, uploading inappropriate content, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the learning environment.
Disclaimer
The course content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. CMI disclaims any warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the course content.
Limitation of Liability
